Musanze: The building of Musanze Tax Parking caught fire.

In Musanze district the building of  Tax Park At about 2:30 this morning on 11/20/2023, one of the adjacent buildings (Etage) caught fire and burned all its contents were destroyed in a great way.

According to some residents who saw it, they told the reporter of Umurava.com that the fire started behind the station and spread from the upper floor and it is suspected that it may have come from the kitchen of the bar there.

SP Jean Bosco Mwiseneza says that preliminary information indicates that the fire was caused by a gas explosion, He said ” So far the primary information says that the accident may have been caused by a gas explosion but we are still monitoring it and it has not been confirmed.”

He says that the extent of the damage has not yet been determined, but an inventory is being made and the police fire department is trying to put it out, SP Jean Bosco Mwiseneza asked the bike operators to avoid the cause of fire and to be careful in extinguishing the fire.

He said, “What we ask of those who ride bikes should always be prepared for the possibility of an accident, including finding the right tools and having the knowledge to use them.”
