Facebook and Instagram users are about to start getting paid in another African country.

People who have become familiar with the fact that one can make money through social media, by sharing videos, news, photos and more. This is something that has become very popular in entertainment.

It was a joy in the country of Kenya when the President told people that now the contract is going to start and they will earn through Facebook and Instagram, The President of Kenya, Dr William Ruto, has announced that he has held discussions with Meta, the company that owns the social media sites Facebook and Instagram, that they are about to inform his country that the users of these sites will be paid. The situation was common in many countries but it had not yet arrived.

People who use these sites post photos, videos, information and other things so that if they meet the requirements, they can ask to be paid. This is known as ‘Monetization’. That system is going to be delivered to Kenya as announced by President Ruto during the celebration of Independence Day, Jamhur Day.

The President said, “I have good news for our artists who are thinking of posting information on Facebook and Instagram. Yesterday, Meta decided to help those people in Kenya to earn money, after the trial program Meta will help them earn a living (money) by doing what we love.”

The President of Kenya announced this after he had a conversation with Meta to help all entertainers and news broadcasters, through Facebook and Instagram but did not bring me to the country. As in Rwanda, apart from Youtube, Google, Twitter and TikTok, there are no other websites that Rwandans will use.

These changes came out after that there was another change on X the Formal twitter Platform where by the users were restricted from some it’s services and asked to pay for them.
