The Man called KUBWIMANA Anastase was arrested in Huye District, Tumba Sector Cyimana Cell, Ubwiyunge Village selling Dog’s Meat in the public market.

Kubwimana after he has been arrested was brought to his home to carry out an investigation and finally found the Dog Skull to witness that it was the Dog’s meat he was selling, Anastase accepted his mistake that the meat he was selling was Dog’s and he was selling it looking for the money to solve his problems.
The Social welfare and development Leader in Cyimana Cell Said to the media that KUBWIMANA Anastase is a Resident from Mukoni Village in the Cyarwa Cell in Tumba Sector. She said “The Residents who were in the Markets in cooperation with the person in charge of the Meat and milk sold illegally immediately recognized that the meat was for the Dog and was not having the Quality and was being sold illegally.
Kabatesi adviced all the people who deal with meat in their lives, that should first have the Checkups for the Quality and to avoid selling them illegally because it affects other people lives, and that whoever will be cought for that warning will be punished to be an example to others that will remit them from committing to this crime.
