The Minister of State of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Minister of Communications, Patrick Muyaya, said that during the conference on the Congo problem, President Tshisekedi indicated that he would not talk to M23.
Muyaya said that lies should be removed, “evil should be fought”, and the truth should be revealed and then talk about peace.
That speech emphasized the words President Antoine Felix Tshisekedi used in a meeting in Addis Ababa, face to face with the President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame.
In five points, President Tshisekedi said that war has not been fought in Congo. Tshisekedi said that the war aims to loot the property of his country to “enrich Rwanda and those who support it”.
President Tshisekedi says that (Rwanda) wants to be the protector of a race that lives in another country.
Muyaya also said that the President of Congo Kinshasa said that “he will never talk to M23”.
