Most of the time when they remind people about things that have the impactson the health life, Some of US think of food, drinks or sometime sports, Yes sometimes these activities may affect our health lives but accordingly.
There are some serious things that people should stop because they affect health life and really don’t give them the value but take them as the simple things to simplify. Here are the things that tend to have impacts on People’s lives but they don’t know they are dangerous:
1. Forgiveness:
Not forgiving someone who did wrong to you is also something that affects our daily healt life of living because it affects the brain and makes it to become tired what we call like (stress), It doesn’t mean that when you forgive you forget what happened to you but you feel like peace in your heart.
2. Spending time without doing hugs : Hugging some one that you like is also another thing that helps much in our daily health Life, hugging some one it really makes a person happy and you feel refreshing in your mind and it also heals stress and creates longtime friendship, So apart from creating friendship it also adds love to those who are in the relationship and also increase the ( Oxytocine Hormone } that is called the “Hormone of love”.
3. Not sleeping for Enough time:
Normally an old person has to sleep for 7 hours or eight per a day, But nowdays people who sleep for those hours are really few, because sometimes you find people in bed physically but in there minds thinking about the work. You find that not sleeping enough leads to the effects like becoming too fat, being tired and many other things.
4. Living without friends:
a Person who lives in a Life without friends around him you most of time find this person bored and you find this person thinking of him /her self negatively. But now days that technology has come you find people using it and creates friendship but it end there, in kinyarwanda they say that “The hoe that digs friendship is paying a visit” Chatting with technology is not enough, the good thing is to visit each other and then having a talk face to face.
5. Living without knowing the direction of your life :
It’s good to live while knowing how your daily health life is, it is good paying avist to the doctor for check ups as to see how your daily health life is doing, most of the time people remember to go to the hospital when they are sick but while it would have been better if the went before, for example women above 40 years they have to go for check ups of breast cancer because they have many chances to be affected
