Apart from those; There are others who were not registered in the camp and are in different areas, where nine are from Kigali and Bugesera and there are 11 others.

Since these refugees have crossed into Burundi through the Bugesera District on the border of Nemba and are coming from Eastern Province, it is necessary for them to die in the City of Kigali.

These refugees are coming back with the cooperation of the UNHCR Rwanda branch in agreement with the Burundi branch.

Rwanda says that even though Burundi’s borders are closed, it does not stop its people from escaping because it is normal.

It is a universal principle that refugees have the right to return home whenever they wish.
