Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Vincent Biruta together with the Deputy Director of RDB had discussed with Libyan leaders to see how Rwanda could work with this country.

Libya is a country that is rich in natural resources, especially in petroleum products, including natural gas.

There was no word on what was discussed between the two sides.

At X it is written that the Libyan side was represented by Abdul Hamid Dbeibah who is the Prime Minister of Libya, who is governed in Tripoli in the capital.

This relationship is desirable at a time when the country has been at war for so long that it has been torn apart by the worst war since the death of Mohamar Gaddafi.
