Kagame assured the new President of Senegal to continue cooperation

In his message after it was confirmed irrevocably that Diomaye Faye was the one elected to lead Senegal, Rwandan President Paul Kagame assured him of long-term cooperation.

Kagame told Faye that the two countries have always been friends and that this friendship will continue even when he is the leader of Senegal.

The relationship between Rwanda and Senegal is good and has been going on for a long time.

When this country was ruled by Macky Sall, President Kagame visited it and Sall also came to Rwanda on business trips several times.
When President Kagame was sworn in for the term that is about to end, in 2017, Macky Sall was one of the heads of state who came to Rwanda.

Senegal and Rwanda are also working together to establish vaccine production centers in Africa.

In Rwanda such a center has started working and in Senegal the same project exists.

It is a project that will also reach Ghana.
