Music lovers in Uganda are preparing for a concert to pay tribute to Mowzey Radio who was a member of the Good Lyfe group who passed away six years ago.

It is a show organized by his friend Weasel who used to sing in the band Good Life, and it will take place on February 1, 2024, the same date that Mowzey Radio passed away in 2018, The show will be held at the ‘Silver Back Lounge’ and will feature Jose Chameleone, Pallaso, Mun-G, Sizza Man, Chagga and Melody.

Mowzey Radio known as Moses Ssekibogo, was born in January 1985 and passed away on February 1, 2018. He left behind five children including two he had with a Rwandan woman Mbabazi Lilian, Radio was attacked on the night of January 22, 2018 while he was at De Bar in Entebbe.

He was hit by a security guard in the bar from the front door, which left him in a coma for a while and then underwent surgery, Mowzey Radio who passed away had just turned 34 years old, which means that if he were alive now he would be 37 years old.

In 2019 Godfrey Wamala who killed Radio was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Last year, the family members of this artist announced that the burial place of this famous artist was filled with history.
