African national team used to have foreigners coaches as they didn’t believe the coaching capacity of local coaches.

Time come and nations realize that foreign coaches don’t take them far as they wish, some countries decided to try local coaches, this was good initiative as most of them were the players.

For sure, it was the best thing to have such coach who know much about the competition and has experience in what going on in pitch.

Those are the coaches who were players but now are coaches.
