The Rwandan government through its space agency, Rwanda Space Agency, has signed a cooperation agreement with Poland in this field.
It is an agreement expected to promote the free exchange of knowledge, for the benefit of both countries.
The head of the Rwanda Space Agency, Col Francis Ngabo, says that the cooperation between Rwanda and Poland in this field will be beneficial for Rwanda because it will help it to expand operations and research in its development sectors.
In this cooperation, Poland will help Rwanda to develop this growing sector.
Prof. Grzegorz Wrochna, who heads the Polish Space Agency called POLSA, says that the contents of the agreement with Rwanda will help to develop space research programs in both Rwanda and Poland.
This agreement comes after another was recently signed between Rwanda and Poland when the President of this country, Duda, visited his counterpart Paul Kagame in a three-day visit.
At that time, he said that his country will not abandon Rwanda if anyone attacks it.
