The national team of Nigeria beat Cameroon 2-0, Angola team Namibia 3-0, both of them get the ticket for the ¼ of the African Cup.

On Saturday, January 27, 2024, the 1/8 matches of the Africa Cup of Nations are being played in Côte d’Ivoire, The game between Nigeria and Cameroon started with a big row and in the ninth minute, Semi Ajayi scored the first goal but the referee who used VAR still refused, saying that there was crying.

The match ended with the Nigerian national team beating Cameroon 2-0, reaching the ¼ of the African Cup, In the previous match, the Angolan National Team defeated Namibia 3-0, It means that on 1/4, Nigeria will meet Angola in a match scheduled for February 2, 2024 at 19:00.

This Sunday sees the continuation of the ⅛ matches where Equatorial Guinea play Guinea at 19:00, while Egypt without Mohamed Salah play the Democratic Republic of Congo at 22:00.
