What lessons do foreigners learn from the preservation of evidence of the Genocide against the Tutsis?

Foreigners visiting the monuments of the Genocide against the Tutsi are all over the country, saying that the world should learn a lesson from what happened in Rwanda and therefore strive to prevent it from happening again.
