On the morning of Wednesday, March 13, 2024, the Regulatory Authority, RURA, announced new prices for travel across Rwanda.
It is a price that some say is heavy because for example a person from Nyabugogo-Huye to Kamembe will pay 8,450 Frw. For Frw 10,000 he will buy these fans for less than Frw1550.
RURA has announced that these rates are due to come into force on Saturday 16th March, 2024.
Some of the prices published by this agency say that from Nyabugogo to Rubavu Station is Frw 4,839.
From Nyabugogo to Nyagatare station is Frw 4,956 and from Nyabugogo to Rusumo in Gare is Frw 4,956.
A passenger from Nyabugogo to Gatuna border will pay Frw 2,398 and from Nyabugogo to Musanze Station it is Frw 2,821 while from Nyabugogo to Muhanga he will pay Frw 1,506.
