The President of Guinea, Lieutenant General Mamadi Doumbouya, arrived in Rwanda accompanied by his wife, Lauriane Doumbouya, on Thursday, January 25, 2024 in a three-day working visit aimed at visiting relations between the two countries.
President Doumbouya and his wife started a three-day visit to Rwanda, accompanied by a group of officials from various levels, It is expected that during this working visit, Lt Gen Doumbouya and President Kagame will discuss how the two countries could continue cooperation in developing the economy and diplomacy.
The Office of the President of Guinea-Conakry announced that President Paul Kagame extended an invitation to President Doumbouya in April 2023, when he was on a working visit to this West African country.
