Who is Ange Kagame’s manager in the Presidency?

Ange Kagame, the daughter of President Kagame, studied International Relations and Management, School of International and Public Affairs, SIPA. Ange Kagame’s deputy Mauro de Laurezo, in the Council for State Strategies and Policies in the Office of the President of the Republic.

Mauro de Laurenzo, head of this panel is an American researcher at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington. This American, who also holds Italian citizenship, was granted Rwandan citizenship seven (7) years ago before being given this job in March this year.

Before Mauro was assigned to head the Council for State Strategies and Policies in the Office of the President, he was already one of President Kagame’s advisers.

The New York Times reports that Mauro De Laurenzo is one of the leaders of the discussions on the Rwandan side with the United States Secretariat for Foreign Affairs on the release of Paul Rusesabagina.
